Redricks Lake and Dancing Crayfish Cafe, Redricks Lane, Sawbridgeworth invite you to support the Addie Brady Foundation on Saturday 10th December at 8am, 9am, 10am, 11am. Please arrive on the hour to register. Family and friends are welcome. Normal swim prices apply. £10 per swim or dip. £1 from each swimmer/dipper will be donated. If you have not swam or previously completed a winter induction, for your own safety, you will only be allowed to dip at one end of the lake. Your safety is our priority!
